We are hiring an enthusiastic Interaction - Webdesigner within our web shop section.
Responsibilities
- Designing our websites and web pages with a focus on usability, interaction and conversion.
- Designing online newsletters, banners, online ads and online business presentations while working closely together within our Webdevelopment team.
Requirements
- Relevant training at pre-university level.
- Two years of relevant and demonstrable work experience in a similar function.
- Mastering Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience with Flash is an advantage.
- Knowledge of XHTML, CSS, Web standards and Web scripting.
- Able to create stylish designs that fit within the House style and can be converted by our Webdevelopment team into practical navigation structures and web templates.
- Creativity and awareness of the latest web trends.
- Good communication skills combined with flexibility.
- A professional attitude.
- Being able to work closely together within a small team.

40 hours per week
The Product Management department is responsible for contracting holiday homes in Europe as well as supervising and keeping a good contact with the house owners. As a freelance agent you will have to get new contracts within the area where you actually live.
This job is a freelance position which means that the fee is commission-based. There is no monthly or guaranteed salary.
Responsibilities
- Make some researches in order to get new contracts in your touristic region. - Set up offers to potential house owners make price and yield calculations
- Negociate with private holiday home owners
- Correctly process the information concerning the holiday home in our IT system
- Review, supervise and improve the quality of our product
- Set up and maintain a good relationship with the holiday home owners
- Report to the Manager Contracting
Requirements
- Living in or close to a touristic region, or willing to settle in such a region
- Excellent communication skills
- You are in possession of a car

Responsible for all sales activities of I-Rent in France and situated in the region Paris/Brittany/Normandy or region Montpellier. Next to doing Sales activities, the Sales coordinator is also responsible for training, coaching and managing a small team of Sales representatives in France and has to manage quality and consistency of the I-Rent software application and service delivery. You report directly to the Sales Coordinator stationed at our head office in Amsterdam.
Primary responsibilities
- Present and sell the I-Rent Software and services fully dedicated to current and potential clients (according to mutual defined targets).
- Create business plan for total Sales of I-Rent in France (be able to become an expert within your market in two months).
- Identify sales prospects and follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Coordination and communication with appropriate company staff and Support department.
Additional responsibilities
- Provide on-the-job training, coaching and managing (new) sales representatives for France.
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, telemarketing events, fairs etc..
- Follow-up for collection of payment.
Knowledgde and skills requirements
- Arithmetic and analytic skills required. These are normally acquired through academic studies or equivalent.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor's Degree and three to five years of sales or marketing experience.
- Be experienced in leading and motivating a Sales force team.
- Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid state drivers license and own car.
- Permanent resident of France, region Montpellier or Paris/Brittany/Normandy and be able to communicate in English and the native language spoken and written.
