These properties are checked regularly by @Leisure to ensure consistent quality and @Leisure also administers the booking process, including invoicing to guests and payment to owners. In addition to the holiday homes that the @Leisure Group itself has under contract, the organisation also offers holiday accommodation on behalf of other, well-established rental organisations and private homeowners. For these properties, the @Leisure Group operates the Casamundo (>220,000 holiday rentals) and the EuroRelais (80,000 holiday homes and 150,000 plus hotels) portals and over 40 thematic websites. The thematic websites target consumers looking for accommodation in a particular region or for a specific purpose.
Do-It-Yourself Rental Software
The @Leisure Group also offers private homeowners and local professional holiday home providers user-friendly rental software that allows the owner to manager his/her accommodation quickly and easily. In addition to its financial and administrative modules, the software can also be used to post information and photographs of the home, to show availability and to make an online booking. Homeowners can also display their homes on the portals and thematic websites of the @Leisure Group and other reputable websites.
