Holiday Home Rental - Full Service Model

The results of renting out of our villa on the Weissensee through @Leisure far exceeded our expectations. The rate of occupancy during the first year was very good, contacts with the organisation happy and professional, whilst the lines of communication are short. In brief, to be highly recommended.

It's 10 years now that our house has been rented out via @Leisure. Thanks to the visibility of the various sites we have holidaymakers nearly every week (9 months of the year!). We are very satisfied with our collaboration with @Leisure, and with the professional approach of their staff and the confidence we have regarding the company. Payments arrive on time before the arrival of the guests and the help given if any damage is caused is a plus factor in comparison with other agencies!

@Leisure offers an optimum rate of occupancy by very respectable holiday guests from all over Europe. The contractual conditions are extremely helpful and leave the lessor with a great deal of room decision-making.

Before we bought our Spanish dream, we contacted @Leisure about the possibilities of renting out. On the basis of their estimates, we cut through the (Gordian) knot and now, after two full seasons, all forecasts have been realised. This shows that they understand their business and that with their good “feel” for service and support, they gain satisfied house owners as customers, to whom we also belong.

It's now 4 years that I have been collaborating with @Leisure. That's proof of my satisfaction. What I appreciate the most is the easy way I can fill in the schedule via the site. You can thus make a booking at any time, and as the owner, that's very important.

With 3 holiday homes rented out, we are very happy with @Leisure, because the number of bookings is very high, administration is minimaal and finance is secure.

If the guests have extra questions and/or wishes we are contacted by telephone, before the booking is officially confirmed. In this way no one has any surprises, so that we and the guests share that 'holiday feeling'.
