Leisure Invest acquires Belvilla shares
Leisure Invest, owner of Euro Relais and others, acquired the shares of Belvilla Vakantiehuizen on 1 January 2007. Within the Leisure Invest group, the two companies, both holiday accommodation rental companies, will continue operating under the same brand names, but will profit from the synergy effects of online activities, multi-channel marketing, purchasing and international sales.

Belvilla and Euro Relais brands together under the @Leisure umbrella
At the end of 2007, Euro Relais and Belvilla took the first step towards jointly strengthening their position in the international rental market for holiday accommodations. Under the new holding name of @Leisure, effective 1 December 2008, the organisation aims to strengthen its collaboration and activities in the national and international holiday home market.

@Leisure Group takes next step in European brand strategy
The @Leisure Group, one of the largest players in the European market for holiday accommodation rentals, has taken a new step towards further developing the three most important brands in the group – Belvilla, Euro Relais and Jules Villas – within Europe. Starting 4 November, all Belvilla activities will be managed from the Eindhoven office and Euro Relais and Jules Villas activities from Heerhugowaard.

Ardennes Relais: holiday home specialist in the Ardennes is back
The Ardennes Relais brand, originally established in 1980, has returned to the holiday accommodation market. Over the past year, Belvilla, also a member of the @Leisure Group, experienced a significant increase in the number of bookings of holiday accommodations in the Ardennes. In response to this development, 800 more holiday accommodations in this region will be offered jointly under one specific brand.

New structure and management of @Leisure
For reasons of efficiency, @Leisure, one of the largest European specialists in holiday accommodation rentals, has decided to manage its brands with a portal/aggregator function from its office in Hamburg from now on. This includes the Euro Relais brand, among others. The i-Rent brand, the direct rental module within the holding company, is to be managed from the new office in Amsterdam.

Leading European travel brand - @Leisure-Group - acquires pureholidayhomes.com Ltd
Dutch based @Leisure-Group has recently completed the acquisition of pureholidayhomes.com, one of the UK’s largest second home rental websites, for an undisclosed sum.
